With your concern there are two things that we can consider that is causing the problem here, first is that with those 2 video capture card or the sound card of your computer itself that may need a driver update.
First thing that we can try here is to do an update on the driver for the sound card of your computer, if you know how to access device manager we can do it from there.
Follow these procedure to open device manager, Right click My computer icon > properties > Hardware > Device manager.
Once you have device manager open Go to Sound, video and game controller then look for your audio device and from there please do right click it and then click uninstall and then once done you go ahead close everything and restart your computer then test it now if still the same problem.

I have not had problems using the VC600 with Windows 7 32-bit or 7 64-bit. If you have problems installing the drivers for the device, either have windows search for updates or install the drivers manually within Device Manager by doing an Update Software on the unknown devices and use the XP 64-bit drivers on the disc. If you still have problems with the device, I would contact the manufacturer's Technical Support center to see if they can help you out with the install.
mi si apre una finestra che dice che ci sono problemi con -HONESTECH TV.
