One of the main failures in this remote are the tactile switches. The switches can be replaced.

OP 2019 long ago, ask maker where to buy one or google it or ebay it.
our buy a universal remote and train it for your MASSAGE CHAIR.
or clean the old one.
or put in fresh new battery ,
or buy new one.

In most cases you can if you can get to the mechanism. There is a long threaded shaft and it may has a square of hexagonal head to it. Better to just get it fixed. Link just for interest.

I plugged my htt-10crp massage chair to a 220v electricity and it stopped working. What do I replace to fix it?

If it is a 110 volt unit and you connected to 220 volts, you need to replace everything that is connected to power, or at least test the individual parts. Reach out to the company.

I want to know how to restore active desktop.

This typically happens following an upgrade or 'fix' for Internet Explorer.

If the error also mentions "Desktop.htt". . .

Search for and delete all copies of "Desktop .htt"
RightClick your desktop and click Refresh
Then go back and re-enable Active Desktop. If that fails you may need to restart the computer and try again.
Windows will automatically create a new Desktop.htt file. You may need to reselect any associated backgrounds, etc.

Human touch HTT 800 just beeping from back, not remote

Just had this problem with our HTT 800. Discovered it was the curled phone-like cord attached to the remote that had been chewed through by one of our dogs. Some electric tape fixed it right up. Still looking for a replacement. Anyone know where I can find one? A standard-size phone cord does not work with this, as it is too large.
