Wireless function doesn't work after updates had the tv for 3 days

That happened to my Samsung tv some time back, guess they came out with an updated app or something. Anyway I had to reinstall the app from the app section on my tv. Mine works fine now, hope this works for you.

Is it still not working? If it was working fine before, it's probably a short-term outage. If Netflix is the ONLY service that is not working, then connect to the Netflix website first, then your online Netflix account second. If those both work, contact "help" from your Netflix account.

That model TV is not a smart TV meaning it will not be able to access Netflix by itself. You will need another piece of equipment such as a video game console (a Sony PS3 or PS4 for example) or a DVD player with the Netflix app. to run Netflix on your TV. The remote for that auxiliary equipment will be the one that operates Netflix. We bought a Sony Blu-ray player for under $70 that has the Netflix app plus many more. You also need internet access for this to work. A wireless setup works well.

In order to use Netflix on a game console the first thing you must ensure is that your device is compatible. The three main compatible consoles are the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Wii.

If you have one of these systems, follow the instructions for the system below:

PS3:
1) Make sure your console is connected to the internet.

2) Log on to Playstation Network and download the Netflix app.

3) Install the app, then run it.
(NOTE: Playstation Network is currently down for maintenance. More than likely Netflix will not work until it is back up)

Wii:
1) Make sure you have a wireless network set up in your home.

2) Follow the Wii's onscreen instructions to connect to your network.

3) Go to to the "Wii Shop" channel on your Wii and download and install the Netflix app.

4) Run the app and follow the instructions.

Xbox:
1)Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet

2) Log into Xbox Live with a Gold account.

3) Download and install the Netflix App from the "downloads" section.

4) Run the Netflix app and follow the instructions.
