Question about Bosch Ovens
There are 4 controls left hand one has a bell symbol next two have an arrow pointing to the right 4th one has a hand symbol on it. Additionally there is a knob that rotates to advance the clock. Seems to be mostly mechanical

Finding the exact model is difficult. There are many different AEG ovens with the same buttons. In the last ten year most AEG with five buttons have the same sequence and buttons like yours.
You can use a manual for any similar model to understand how to use the oven. Oven specifications will be different.
Your oven is probably a competence with five buttons display.
Here a single oven (5258)
Here double (5230)
Here a different Competence series (I posted the double 5238, there are many more)...as you will notice programmed is made in the same way on all AEG five buttons. If oven is double you have two couple of knobs, each one for one section.
