Where is your AC leaking at, can you tell? This is common, but the leak of water should not end up in your house--but outside; this occurs as a result of the failure of your AC tubing or pump. The accumulation of water is a part of the normal process of condensation. Here's a really good diagnostic article that talks about water accumulation and leaking AC systems:

http://yourhandymanzone.com/Your_Handyman_Zone_How_To_Pages_Home_Improvement_Zone_Cooling_Ventilation_Systems_Central_Air_Conditioning_Creates_Water_Puddle.htm

Read the article, and, actually, your best bet may be to take advantage--towards the end of the above-linked article--of the text-link for Free four (4) quotes from local AC contractors in your area (click the link that sasy"Find A/C Contractor. Get Up to 4 Quotes"), and "pick the brain"--seek the advice--of these local technicians who offer you a free quote to discern whether your AC tubing or pump is the problem for your water accumulation.

Why is gas boiler burning black sut

This is dangerous condition. Call service technician immediately, and they might put the unit out of commission until repairs are made.

Locate manufacturer's website, and call manufacturer to get name of local technician qualified to work on unit, and this will get the unit back into working service quicker.

Soot means burner is not burning all the fuel, and venting is slowed.
Possibility unburned gas is entering flueway, and could cause explosion.
Clean burner parts, check vent draft, check gas pressure.
Catch unit up on required yearly maintenance.

Everytime i put the refrigerator to make ice leaks water on the floor i check the water valve and sut off ok, no wate leaks on hose what else can be

OK this could be a couple different things. Ice freezing in the fill tube to the ice maker is one possibility and ice frozen over the defrost condensate drain in the rear and behind the back panel of your refrigerator. I need you first to check the fill tube and see if the water is coming from there. Thanks, Sea Breeze

Whilpool ed25sm Cold water dispenser leaks

your water valve is bad. behind the ref. in back is a cover. unplung unit remove ref. from back wall about 2-4 ft.remove back cover and you will see a water valve. thats the piece that the hose (your incoming water supply line hooks upto) 1/2 fitting. turn water suppy off. remove screw holding valve. disconnect wires one bye one and hoses one bye one.(so you dont mix them up).if your ref has a inline water filter and has not been replaced in a while i woiuld try that first. valve is about 45-85/ depending on your model ,i do not have that.and labor roughly 75-125 to replace depending on were you live and who you use. hope this helps you.

Tankless Watts Water heater (RA_14) 1 element works

you are not to clear on your problem, watts makes the shut off valves, if you have a tankless water heater is it electric> if so you need to contact your installer if they are not in business anymore contact the water heater company, if you are saying that your sut offs aren't working make sure you have power to the unit, with out power the unit will not let the water go thru, that is one of the saftey non flood features,,
