First you need to know if it's the turntable and not the amplifier or connections. Unplug the RCA Jacks right at the turntable. The male jack should be the one(s) going to the amplifier/receiver. Just holding your finger against the jack tip should give you a loud buzz out of your speakers. If not, the cabling, or more likely the switch selections on the amp are set improperly. It isn't likely at all that the cartridge is bad on both left and right channels. Check switch settings carefully.

What is the stylus weight adjustment and tracking weight for jvc ql-a2 quartz auto return?

Balance the stylus, then calibrate the counterweight to 0. Then turn it counter clockwise to 2. For the antiskate knob, set to 2. Use the inner numbers for an elliptical stylus, use the outer numbers if you have spherical stylus. Hope that helps, feel free to ask about anything :)

What replacement stylus do I need for a JVC AL-A151 turntable?

Since it's possible to fit any cartridge in most turntables the answer is to look at the make and number of the cartridge installed into the arm of your turntable. Put that into Google and the stylus should come up.
