I will assume you have this unit tied in to a computer unit. If so try to delete the program on the computer and do a complete reinstall. Follow each guideline on the computer screen and check on your programs on your computer to be sure the printer is listed. If it is listed run a compatibility test on the computer and printer. Your computer may not be recognizing the printer but it should give you an option to choose how to run the printer program. Be sure when you are deleting the program that you completely delete all parts of the printer program. You will most likely have to enter the WIFI pass code to the printer for it to recognize the computer and WIFI number pass code. I hope this helps.

SOURCE: KODAK AiO Home Center has encountered a problem

you need to uninstall the software and reinstall it, if you have not tried that. For XP Start-->control panel-->add/remove programme-->look for Kodak Printer software and uninstall it. For Vista Start-->control panel-->programmes and features and uninstall the software. Run the Kodak clear utility from http://unexpectedtwist4u.com/matthew and click on clear utility and you can either run it or save it first and then run it. Make sure to unplug the USB cable after uninstalling the software and reinstall the software from www.kodak.com/go/esp3downloads. Kodak phone support is open from 9 am to 12 midnight EST. Hope that works:)

to connect on a mobile network you neet to be a data plan subscriber with that network, if you try conect with your wirelless home network, you must conect via wi-fi. its basicly very simple to follow, chose your network ssid (name), connect type ssid network password (you must have that saved on your primary computer connected to your router, on my docs) hope that helps.

Can oper Kodak home center but cant scan or print from it

No you can't print. You need printer icon to operate.
You can try follow steps.
go to device manager ,   expand Universal Serial Bus (USB),  right click on USB Composite Device, Uninstall it. Reboot your computer. You will get a printer icon,
and you can start printing without AIO Home center.

Hi. I can help you connect your wireless ESP 7 to your Mac laptop.

The first step is to connect your printer to your wireless network. Navigate to the menu on the LCD of the printer and select Network Settings/WiFi Setup Wizard. The blue WiFi LED should be illuminating steady if the printer is connected to your WiFi network.

The second step is to add the WiFi printer to your Mac using the Print & Fax System Preference...
1. Under the Apple Menu, select System Preferences
2. Select Print & Fax
3. Click the "+" sign to add a printer
4. Select the Kodak ESP 7 listed with the Bonjour connection
5. Click the Add button.

The final step is to verify that you are printing to the WiFi printer when you attempt to print. In the Print Dialog box, verify the selected printer is named "KodakESP7+1234" where the last four digits are unique to your printer. If the printer you have selected is "Eastman Kodak Company KODAK ESP 7 AiO", then you are attempting to print using USB and this will not work unless you have a USB cable connected.
I hope this helps.

Kodak AIO Easyshare 5300 scanning problem

Could be USB connection if you have another cable try it. Try connecting to different USB ports on your PC. If you have a Powerd USB hub lying around try connecting the printer to the PC through that.

Also try disconnecting all USB devices including the printer. Reboot your PC. Connect only the printer and try and scan.

Some times multiple USB devices dont work when they are both connected to the same PC.

Hope this helps!
