I had the same problem on my model MV-1310B. I replaced the stirrer fan and it lasted about 5 years before ity began sparking again. I found that keeping it clean from spattered food reduced the occurrence. I am about to order a second one. :( I attribute it to a faulty finish that allows it to burn away over time.

Assuming that model is MV-1310B, that would be your stirrer fan cover, part number 3301W2A017A, which you can get from Encompass here or by calling toll-free at 866-779-5835.
If you need new clips / rivets for it, they are part number 4051W3A001A.

Unplug the microwave and try using a small pick to pull on the tab inside the socket a bit. Sometimes a replacement bulb like that is just a tiny bit shorter and will not make contact. Again, MAKE SURE IT IS UNPLUGGED FIRST!
