Hi there,

In able to make the name of the person appear each time you received text from her you have to save her # on your phone book.

If you have already save her # and you cannot make her name appear when you received text from here, a possible double or multiple entry of her # was saved on your phone book. Better double check your phone for such multiple entries of the phone #. You may have save the # before with a different name and you just make another entry and save with a different name.

Hope this helps

It should be as simple as adding their name and number to the address book on the phone.

Make sure to list the number under the Mobile Phone line.

While in the address book, there is usually a line that says "New Entry" or "Add number" etc...(without the type of phone I cant get specific).

Another method is to into the text message itself and do an options click (again without the phone cant be specific) and there should be an option to add the number to the address book.

When I receive a text message, all that appears is the person's mobile number not their name. How do I solve this, it's a pain keep scrolling through my phone book to find out who's text me!!!!...

May be you have enter or save a person name in same number with different name. Like in your Phone as well as in SIM card too. First of all try to find out the number and then correct yourself by deleting the contact person name and so on..
Hope it'll be helpful to you.

Number shows not the person name.

It is possible that you have not saved the number in the name of person whom you are sending message, or you might have saved that number twice in your cell phone, i.e. either in sim card or in mobile phone or both.

There is another way to check this. Try dialing the same number, if it shows the name of the person whom you have saved then its fine. If it shows the number only, then it indicates that you have have his number saved twice.

Try, you will get through this.

Incoming callers names dont show up..

Check and see if your contacts have the country code added to the front of their mobile numbers.

E.g Samoa (00685) mobile number or (+685)
NZVF (0064) 21XXXXXXXX not 021XXXXXXXXXX

Keep me updated with your progress.

Can't receive/make calls and text on i68/i9

First remark: This phone is not 3G compatible !!! the name is i9+ 3G but it's only the name !!! Second: Go to settings , Dual SIM settings , and check that you're not in 'flight mode' (that's when the 2 X appear top left) and change it to either one of the 3 other options (Dual sim open, only sim1 open, only sim2 open). Third: The name will appear when the person is in your address book.

When i receive messages on my i9 the number appears not name

I have the phone and have had the same problem. I found I have to add the "1" before the area code to all the saved contacts or at least the ones you use most and that should fix it... when the text message is received it has the "1" normally we don't save the number that way...
