Question about Samsung Televison & Video
If the TV displays the menu or Smart Hub when you press the button on the remote - the TV is on, it's just displaying a black screen. Change the Source on the TV to another input. See the page on Samsung TV has No Picture for more troubleshooting steps.
Depending on the TV, there will be a Jog Controller or TV Control Stick that will allow you to access the TV menu and change the source. Use the control on the TV to select an option - toggle it left or right to see if anything appears on the TV.
If the control menu appears on the screen, the TV is on but not displaying any input. Check the connections or change the input source on the TV. If the controller button works on the TV, but not the remote, check the batteries in the remote control.
Unplug the TV from the power source and leave it for a minute or two. Reconnect the power cable directly to the wall rather than a surge protector. If the TV Standby light appears - the TV is receiving power. If the Standby light still doesn't appear, please get in touch to organise a service.

When I on the TV. there is a red light on the bnttom of the TV showing the flashing Samsung Smart logo. It just stuck there. I use the remote control but it stay the same. The batteries is powerful enough.

Sorry... this is not a solution, but I wanted to speak directly to you and didn't know how else to communicate with you!! OMG!! My t.v. does the exact same thing!! The power issue and the sound going out after it has been on for a while!! Have you called Samsung yet? I hear they have horrible customer service. Maybe if we get enough people with the same problem we can get something done about it!!

The power supply board have more than just two capacitors problems,could be anythings else like a diode,transistor or those transformers on the power suuply board,u have no trouble shooting skills or tv repair experience,will never figure it out.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.con,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power suply board for the replacement.

For best performance I recommend you connect a HDMI cable from the PS3 to the HDMI input on your TV.
To display the PS3 you need to select the HDMI input on your TV.

Samsung CLP-315 Dev Home error
It appears that the Dev. Home error is very common for Samsung printers. It obviously has different reasons. In my case I solved it by stabilizing the deviation clutch. It was too unsteady and the dev. sensor recognized a fault.
The dev. clutch is situated under the right cover, which is the power supply side of the printer. To remove this cover you need to firstly remove the top cover, which is held by two screws on the front. Then uncover the right side by unscrewing one screw on the back, near the power supply inlet and unclip a couple clips on the top side of the cover. After removing it you have to find the deviation electrical clutch. Check if it is too unsteady. If it easily moves, you need to somehow stabilize it, in my case by a couple of leather straps under it, so that they press it up and make it steady: 
After that simply check if you have stabilized it properly. If you have the green light must turn on after switching the device on.
NB! Be extremely careful when power is ON, because there is high voltage running. I'd suggest that you would stabilize the thing with non metallic item to keep safe. Good luck!
