Question about Belling Ovens
Check for short to ground or for no resistance on heating element with DVM "Digital Meter" If meter is not available try this - With circuit breaker turned off disconnect wires to bottom heating element - put caps on wires or otherwise islotate the connections from any metal. Turn breaker back on and adjust temp on oven if RCD does not trip then the element is bad "Shorted" replace element. Element can be shorted to ground or shorted internally. SOURCE: Whirlpool oven fault f03 shown
f03 error is a sensor error.you could have taken an ohm reading on the thermistor to see if it was bad.if you replaces the t-mistor then the only other component responsible is the board.make sure all the connections on the board are clean and tight before you replace it.

SOURCE: Main oven problem
I suspect not the oven element at fault. you only way forward is to actually test the resistance of the element to earth with a megga if you can beg the use of one. be cautious about the result as on occasion, elements are only faulty to earth when hot. another way to test if you are cdarefull, is to connect the element to mains independently of the oven and see if the rcd trips

Sounds like oven element is faulty, disconnect it and try again, if it does not trip, then it is definately the element..
It is easy to replace.
Plz leave feedback.

I have a u1421 with the same problem! I notice the fan doesnt run too well, sometimes it doesnt run at all, needs a prod to get it running. I suspect with no fan, that the element gets far too hot, and then starts to leak to earth, tripping the RCD. I'm gonna try buying a new fan motor - you should ckeck if your fan is running full speed OK.
