Indesit 123. Will not drain. Goes into spin cycle when set but no water comes out. Checked hose at front and rear.
Set cycle to delicates. Knob went round and round continuously and still lots of water in drum. Emptied manually then set to spin. No water came out. Retried cycle and although it spins no water will pump out on and cycle

Re: indesit 123. Will not drain. Goes into spin cycle...
You need to clean out your outlet filter;(which is accessible thru the front bottom right side of machine, small push door, or plastic screw) this needs to be done periodically - according to your usage. If this does not solve your problem check out your outlet pump. Plug off the wall first before you do the jobs. The machine will not drain water if the outlet is clogged. For the pump, tubes, etc you hav to open up behind the machine. Be prepared for water to come flowing out....... You need good pair of grip pliers for the tubes. And rate me pl, if the solution has worked......

Check your fault codes. I have had to raise the discharge hose to 1" to 1 1/2" above the back of the washer, then connect to the drain tube. Height of the discharge hose can cause cycle to not operate properly, like fill and drain at the same time and won't cycle properly.
my indesit starts to wash then comes up with 3 falshing lights and just keeps leting in water if i put the machine on with nothing in it it goes the wash until it gets to spin then starts to spin and agian starts letting in water
is it IE or LE please confirm it.if it is LE code the fixing procedure is given belowThis usually happens if you're washing on a delicate setting with a moderate load of clothes. Apparently, delicate also means very few items to wash. To clear the LE code - no need to unload the clothes: 1. Press the power button to turn the washer off. 2. Press the power button to turn the washer back on. 3. Cycle the spin cycle selection to 'no spin'. 4. Press start. The washer should set to one minute, lock the doors, then drain out the excess water. Once the 'End' cycle comes up, unplug the machine for several minutes. Plug the washer back in, press the power button, then set the washer to 'normal' with 'low' spin setting. Note that the only difference between the normal setting and delicate is the wash time and spin cycle speed. If you have a moderate to large load of delicates, use the normal setting on low spin cycle. The clothes really don't care. Also, make sure you're using 'HE' detergent - low suds. Regular degergent in a front load is not recommended.
there is a little hose that runs from the back of the pump up to a pressure switch that contols water level in drum I had a problem similar to this and found hose had split making the drum overfill, replaced hose cured problem
