Sounds like you have a sealed system leak. If youre getting 0 frost or only at the entering the freezer area with an ice ball, then, i hope you bought a warranty. Check user manual for potential sealed system warranties. If your fridge has a dual evaporator system, the 3 way valve could be stuck or have a restriction in it at well. Not likely though, I would recommend replacing both lowside if the fridge seems like it should be cooling with all the doors shut and good seals. I rarely would call out such an expensive repair, but Im not there physically seeing it, so use best judgement.

There are 2 possible problems. One is the defrost cycle is not working properly this is usually indicated by a large amount of frost on the back freezer panel. If so, the circuit will have to be repaired and the evaperator thawed to remove the ice build up. The other is the fresh food damper is not working properly this is behind the "lump" in the back of the fridge compartment above the top shelf, remove the louver panel to see if it is open or closed. closed will be warm open should be cold. The water dispenser reservoir is probably frozen due to poor air circulation.

If you are sure the fan in the freezer is running and you don't feel any air flow out of the top middle vent inside the fridge section, then the damper motor must be bad. The damper motor is behind that vent cover inside the fridge section.

The fan should be a standard 12v DC computer style fan , test that you are getting voltage to the fan connector . You should also be able to get the fan to run by connecting it to a suitable supply . Once you have eliminated the possibility of fan failure then it gets more involved.

Check the damper in the top back of the fresh food section. make sure that it is open and air is coming through it.
