No power up onmy RCT6513W87DK GALILO PRO - Power Up Computers & Internet

On my CPU I can type settings in the computer search bar and the setting app comes up along with other setting info which is on my computer. I can drag and drop the settings app/link onto my monitor or right click and install else where.
If you deleted it may be in your trash folder unless you emptied it. If it has been deleted from your PC completely you may have to reinstall it.

The only way to regain control of the tablet, since you have forgotten the password is to reset it and start again.
The following was copied from the manual about your tablet; How to Reset; Press to reset the tablet (then press and hold the Power button for 4~5 seconds to turn on the unit).
