Format the memory card. passwords are dangerous when forgotten. You loose all that you wanted to protect. format it either in the phone or on a PC.

Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card slot. Turn the phone back on.
Press the "Menu" button on the main screen and click on the option for "Fun & Apps."
Navigate to the option for "Gallery" and click on the "OK" button. Scroll to the "Memory Card" item and then click on "Options." Scroll to "Memory Card."
Click "Delete Password" when the window prompt appears. Make sure the message "Memory card will be unlocked, do you want to continue" appears. Click on the option for "Yes" to confirm.
Scroll down to the password field and enter in the default password. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code is either "12345" or "1357." Click "OK" to delete the password from being required.
