IF there is an E attached to the 45, it is your control board and the control board would need to be replaced. This is per the "Washer Tech Data Sheet"Hope that helps...

Dryer - Tips for Cleaning Dryer Lint Trap!

Most people know where their lint trap is and most know or think they know how to clean them. BUT do you really know? For the people that use the fabric softner dryer sheets, they might find out that they still have not cleaned it properly. So if your dryer seems to take a longer and longer time to dry your clothes you might want to check this little tip out.<br /><br />Remove your lint trap and clean it normally. Then take it to your sink and run water onto it. IF the water doesn't pass through it immediately you have a blockage! You can't see it, but your dryer sheet is leaving residue on the screen and slowly building up.<br /><br />If there was any blockage, then you can use an old toothbrush to clean it. Just the toothbrush and water. To check to see how well you did run water and see if it passes through the screen immediately.<br /><br />This will increase your dryer efficiency and you save a little energy in the process.

Clean filter light wont go out

Hello,

Your are getting the clean lint screen message because the computer on the control board is sensing poor airflow so it thinks the lint filter needs to be cleaned. What else you would need to check is for lint build up in the blower housing below the lint screen or the venting from the back of the dryer for blockage from the back of the dryer all the way to where it exits to the outdoors for a possible birds nest or some other thing restricting airflow.

Dryer not working, indicates "lint filter" When I try to use the dryer (Bosch Nexxt), i first turn the dryer to the setting desired (regular or perm press, and time) it immediately has the "lint filter"...

This is a common complaint with this dryer. The probe generating this problem,is at fault. It likely has a film on it,from the dryer sheets.Remove the lint screen, and wipe down the probe that sticks into the air box.Should fix the problem,if not ,replace the probe.

I CAN HAVE MY DRYER ON THE HOTTEST SETTING AND IT GETS HOT BUT TAKES LIKE 3 TIMES THROUGH A CYCLE TO DRY MY STUFF

I would first pull the exhaust hose or pipe off and check for blockage or a kink. If its getting hot then its probably an air flow issue. Also make sure the lint trap is clean. Sometimes you can get the crevice attachment for a vacuum down in the lint trap area far enough to clean any excess lint out. Check where the dryer exhausts outside for a blockage like maybe birds nest or bees hive. I hope this helps.

How to clean out lint at the bottom of lint tray?

remove front panel by releasing clips holding top to front. use putty knife and press in on 2 hidden clips. top will lift, hinged at back, then find two screws holding front to sides, remove and lift panel up and out. clog in these is very common at bottom of plastic duct on panel going into blower.

Frigidaire faqe7011lw0 dryer having issues, not heating up and shuts off after 10 minutes My dryer model number is faqe7011lw0. It seems to start up, and then after about 10 minutes, consistently, it shuts off and has a bunch of blinking lights on the right side of the control panel. It started off with an error code of E4A which states "The drying time has exceeded program time for that cycle". I got that code to go away and then i got another code of "E4B" which states "Temperature reading of control thermistor has not changed in a certain amount of time". The second error code makes more sense because I notice in the 10 minutes that it runs, there seems to be no heat, so i feel something is causing the dryer to not heat up. The troubleshooting for this states to test a relay on the control panel, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue before. The weird thing about this is, if I run the dryer empty, the cycle completes the whole way through, but with wet clothes, it shuts off exactly at 10 minutes, no matter what cycle i set it to. I thought maybe this was a sign I had too large of a load in, so I took out about half the clothes, and ran it then. I still got the same issue. So I am kind of confused why when I run it empty, I get the full cycle with no error code, but with anything in the dryer at all, it stops after 10 minutes and gives me an error code. FYI, I have check the exhaust too to make sure it isn't clogged with lint, and it is wide open.
