My zanussi jetsystem doesn't fill with water after door locked and start button pushed? Nothing,no sound,nothing

Hi, Ive moved into a new flat, and I have a zanussi jet stream 1400 turbo dry front loader. Of course, no instructions were left on how to use it. I cant seem to get anything but soaking wet clothes, no spin cycle, and certainly no turbo dry.

Can you tell me where I could download a users manual?

IF YOU REMOVE THE SEAL UNLESS YOU ARE AN ENGINEER YOU WILL FIND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REFIT IT, TO CLEAN OUT THE SLUDGE USE A PLASTIC SCOURING PAD LIKE THE ONES USED FOR CLEANING DISHES. IFTHE SEAL IS BLACK THIS CANNOT BE CLEANED IT IS A CHEMICAL REACTION TO DETERGENTS ETC BUT IS NOT HARMFUL TO ITEMS BEING WASHED HOPE THIS WILL HELP.

I have a zanussi jetsystem iz16s and it keeps pausing just after its filled up with water and coming up e20 (I think thats the error code) any ideas what the problem might be.

on my mums zanussi,, after opening door, machine had not drained and spined, closed door again could not get machine to go,, this time could not get door opened..there is power to machine.

its the doorcatch,turn power off, remove lid and put hand in machine where doorlock is situated feel about and try open catch, repair or replace?
