You will need to call into Dell Support to have the bios password reset. They will verify ownership of the system and then provide information on resetting your bios password .If you are in the US the number to call is 1-800-624-9896. Also, it is not a very good idea to post your system service tag on a public forum due to privacy concerns.

Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.

Each password is unquie to the system they find it out from the service tag and code If you have those you may be able to find a key gen to make you one but its gonna be really tough
