The internal fuse has probably blown or the wire is damaged in the machine. Preferrably don't try to repair it if you don't know a lot about electronics. The chance of shocking yourself is too high if you are not a qualified electrician.
I am sorry, but throw it away. The safety risk is too high to try to repair a device of this price.
