At one of the sites, it is said that this error means leakage. But there is no more information about it. Check or at the bottom of the dishwasher there is no water. Maybe you are lucky.

Humming could be no water going in, check fill hose.Or get a bucket of water put into drum then start machine helping to Flush out.

Sad to say but I have run into this problem myself with Samsung appliances and they only have there tects or a certified company that they use to fix there stuff they will not work with your local repair people see I had one of there high efficiency washer only 2 years old the main computer board sent wrong signals as to what it sensed I replaced every computer board in that thing still kept throwing codes and Samsung would not work with my local repair man also will not help if you don't get a extended warranty it is a money thing appliances don't last anymore. The cost of repairs is more then it is worth. I would say your problem is the computer board believe it or not . You can try a new hose but if it continues to act up. It is in the computer board I'm sorry I have been down this road.

Take the water hose off the shut off valve under the sink. If you can't completely shut off the water, the rubber washer has broken off small pieces that will travel up the hose. Check for a partial blockage.

You need to take back of dish washer off unhook the drain hose and clean that hose good with soap and water or companies recommandations for cleaning hose and as for inside being dirty use a disinfectant clean the inside out and then after hoses are put back on and back is back on run dishwasher with no dishes and no soap for one cicle to rinse and test unit.

The drain is clogged. Check the strainer at the bottom of your unit. Always rinse your dishes of food before putting them in the washer.
look under the sink cabinet,do you see the drain hose from the D/W? that hose needs to be routed all the way up to the bottomside of the counter top then back down to the disposal. you may need to set a screw into the underside of cabinet and a small piece of wire to hang the hose ,this will solve the problem

Check the drain hose under the sink. It should have a high loop an upside down "u" like a hill the water can't climb to get from the sink to the dishwasher. That is where I'd start. Good luck.
