SOURCE: melted cordless iron to charging cradle

I don't think there is any saving this iron.

You might try heating it up again to the hottest temp. and pulling it loose, but what would you use for a chargin plate?

SOURCE: The steam does not work.

Unplug the iron, and allow it to completely cool down before beginning any repairs. Inspect the steam vents from the outside, and use a pipe cleaner or other small utensil to remove any excess buildup that is blocking the vents. Be careful not to let the buildup fall down into the steam vents. Clean the steam iron's directional spray tip. Minerals and other debris can build up on the nozzle over time and will greatly hinder the use of your steam iron. Pour equal parts vinegar and water into the steam iron's water supply tank. Put the steam iron above an empty pot, and turn the iron on. Let it steam the solution until all the water/vinegar solution is gone. Now try use it to see it performance.

Check the hose for something clogging it. It will be past the flattened area (by that I mean further from the steam cleaner). It sounds like something got stuck in the hose, and as the steam cleaner kept sucking on the hose, it caused the hose to flatten.

Leaking water when I push the trigger to get steam

It sounds like you do not have the heater setting not high enough to provide vaporize the water in the heater tank. Did you adjust the temperature on the main unit to the "cloud" (steam) setting? I would also check when the unit is cold that the reservoir (behind the trim knob is a metal screw (use a penny to remove it) and shake out all water in there. I always use the burst of steam when I am finished to purge the system of all standing water. Also make sure you only use clear filtered drinking water with low mineral content (I use our kitchen Reverse Osmosis 5 stage Water filter in the iron only).

What kind of water should be used in a Rowenta Titan Plus

It is always recommended to use distilled water for steam iron in general.
Second best is clean rain water.
For an expensive iron, I would not use Tap water as it has too many residue/mineral that will eventually cause brown/dark stains spots to be ejected from the steam iron pores!
You can buy 'bulk' distilled water for ironing from most supermarket and departmental stores. You can also use pure distilled water for car battery topping but auto shop tend to charge a premium for it!
Hope the information is helpful!

My Tefal iron stop steam GV 8150

Hello :

1: Make sure there's enough water in the tank if the iron won't steam. Fill the tank up .
2:Check that the iron is set to a steam setting. Some of the settings are dry and won't create steam.
3:Set the temperature dial to the shaded setting which represents steam. You'll see a little dark cloud-type icon with raindrops as opposed to a white cloud with a stripe through it. The dark cloud represents moisture (steam), and the white cloud with the stripe through it represents no steam.
4:Allow the iron to heat up for a while and to emit steam for a couple of minutes while pressing the extra-long burst button a few times. That should get rid of any impurities which can cause blockages. Try this if the iron hasn't been used for a while and steaming is intermittent.
5:Iron horizontally. Steam is only generated when the iron is horizontal.
6:Use the maximum steam setting when the iron is set to its maximum temperature setting.
7:Let the iron get to a high temperature before expecting steam. If the soleplate isn't hot enough, the water won't turn to steam and will in fact drip, spit or leak from the soleplate. Some Rowenta irons have an anti-drip system, which will turn off the steam when ironing at a low temperatures. Turn the temperature up, if needed.
