check the eoor gasket it may need to be replaced. The door may be out of line(not closign snug) you may have to lossen the screws holding the gasket on and line the door. a hint hold the bottom of the door with your leg or foot and **** lightly on the top of the door. That how we do a quick adjust

this is a thermoelectric model and runs on a peltier junction. It will always have the fan running. That is the only moving part.
