SOURCE: Uniden DECT 6.0 2080-2 rings for no reason

These DECT 6.0 phones work on 1.9 Ghz frequency and should not have any interference other than from another DECT 6.0 phone that can be within 150 ft of your phone. That means that somebody, a neighbor that has a DECT 6.0 phone close by is causing this problem. It also means that they are also getting these phantom phone rings. The best solution? Go to a 5.8 Ghz phone and your problem should go away.

SOURCE: INCOMING CALLS

Hi there, it is possible that you have the G1 set into "always Forward" state, which means when receiving calls the phone will forward the caller to your voicemail.

To Check and change these settings. goto the G1's Home screen, Click the "Menu" button, and then click on "Call settings". Then from here click on "Call Forwarding".

From here, the top setting should say "Always Forward" If this is set to Enabled, click on it and select Disable. This should now allow you to receive calls correctly ! if the Always forward function was disabled already, i would suggest calling T-Mobiles Customer support line to see if they have a remedy to this situation !

Hope this helps ?!

SOURCE: Disconnects incoming calls after one ring

The problem may be a short on your line. (Have the local Teleco check your line.) If you have other phones, you may want to check them for dial tone(DT) when this happens. If you have no DT, your cordless may be the problem...unplug, and let charge overnight. If problem continues, replace the battery in cordless, or discontinue use.

My voice mail doesn't work. I cannot get more than 2 rings on my incoming calls.

Press.MENU/SELECT > Ans. Setup menu > Ring Time submenu
Select a Ring time - Toll Saver, 2, 4 or 6 rings. Press MENU/SELECT once again to get a confirmation tone. The Toll saver setting is for if you are checking voicemail on a Long distance call, the call rolls over to the voicemail immediately if there are new messages

My phone goes straight to voicemal, how do I fix this?

Call your provider, they can help you reset it. It appears you are not getting a ring signal. It is also possible it has been forwarded.

How to change number of rings on a Uniden Dect 6.0 cordless phone before it goes to voice mail

The procedure varies from model to model. Since you neglected to specify the model of your Uniden DECT 6.0 system I can only suggest you select it from the list beginning here to download a copy of the manual.
