Error code E:21 on a Bosch Axxis front loader washer indicates a draining problem. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the drain hose for clogs or kinks. Straighten out any kinks and remove any clogs.
Check the drain pump for obstructions. The pump is located at the bottom of the machine. Clear any obstructions from the pump.
Check the filter for debris. The filter is located behind the front panel of the machine. Clean out any debris from the filter.
Check the drain pump for proper functioning. Test the pump by running a cycle with an empty drum. If the pump is not functioning properly, it may need to be replaced.
If these steps do not solve the issue, it may be necessary to contact a professional repair service for further assistance.

Question moved to Bosch.
If you manually drain by lowering to drain hose into a bucket, you should be able to release the door lock by turning off the mains power. You can also try a reset.
Turn off the water supply to the washer, and disconnect the inlet hoses, remove the drain outlet hose and lay it down to drain any water in the hose.
Remove filter, and drain water off inside.
That should do it.
Hope this helps.
You can check the drain or the filter. You will have to pull it out of
the space it is now to access it. Items will get stuck in the drain
clogging it.
