Iconnect soft phone app. I used my apple username and password to download. what username and passwords it looking for to open the app.

The user name and password that is asked for is the same one you set up in itunes when you appled for an account.. the user name is the e-mail address you used for the account and the password you associated with it so if you have not done so set up an account with itunes first.

If you have already got said account then double check to make sure you are entering the correct password the e-mail you used should be already visible in the dialogue box that has popped up asking for the password

ok what u have to do is go on to apple and either make a new account or type in ur email under the recover your account.

Unless the machine is set up so that it will only operate for a selected user, you should be able to simply use it. Logging in may only mean that you have access to files that the previous owner has set to be used only by someone who logs in. When it asks you to log in, if it does, simply hit return and see what happens.

Forgot your username?

If you've forgotten your username, and you're logged in on your device, you can follow these instructions to find it:

1. Click the "gears" icon to go to the Options menu.

2. Tap the "Account Info" section where you see your Textfree number

3. Your Username is the name just before the @textfree.us.
Once you found the username,

Enter username in Login screen and click the link "I forgot my password". So password will be sent to email id to followup for login.
