There is some question whether the watch itself is yet available much less the charger. TGW says it is no longer available but Walmart declares it is selling it. Callaway licenses their name to it but is not the manufacturer. I don't know if chargers for the rangefinders are compatible with the watch. You might ask Callaway support. All watch batteries can be replaced, even gold watches.

Visit the GolfBuddy home page:

Then, choose Support, the link near the top of the home page.

On the Help page, choose the GT3 model.

On the Help page for the GT3, choose Broken Wristband and then choose Service Request Registration (so that you can obtain a replacement wrist strap.)

Fill out the form on the Service Request page and submit it.

Most likely the battery is defective have it replaced.

could be the battery .. try taking the back off,take battery out and leave the battery out for 10 minuets ..then put it back in . this could help restart the charging cycle . if not then you'll need a new battery

If this is the SPS-201 the band is attached so a surfer/sportsman will not have it come off easily. there are stainless steel clasps around the pins and you may have to pry the clasps off and replace the pins which probably can be found at kmart cheap. Bought this watch from thrift for $4 dead. Took battery out checked at .5 volts enough to charge on mini charger. After a short charge replaced and so far it operates fine. Suspect that if discharged too far, from perhaps placing in a drawarer for a while the watch solar charger has trouble detecting + and - poles and charge from my mini charger is just enough to get it going again. I have done this with other batteries. I will have to replace the band retaing pins but that is just about it. Good luck. Suggest when taking apart draw on paper the orientation of band parts and back and tape parts to a piece of paper so as not to lose before reassembly.
