What do you use to put videos in ruizu mp3 player? it needs the amv video format. how to do that?

I've been searching for amv converters that is free of charge because i don't want to waste money and nothing works. I want a converter that will make my video have the format AMV and the video and audio is clear

Mine started off doing the same thing, However, i haven't tried to upload any videos. But u have to go to settings and pick the option for "online device" and check the option for usb device and u should be okay from there! Hope this helps!! :)

Are you sure they support those formats? Because alot of the cheaper mp3 devices usually support .mtv files which is a cheap chinese format.

I dont know how to load videos and watch them on my eclipse mp3. every time i try to watch something...it says format error even though the video on my mp3 is in AVI format!

This is simply because the Eclipse MP3 player does not read .AVI formatted videos. The videos must be in .AMV format. A good way to convert your .AVI videos into .AMV is to use FreeAMVConverter located at the following link. http://www.amvvideoconverter.net/. You can use this to convert your videos to .AMV format and then they should work.

What format do videos have to be in for this device?

Video files must be .AMV formatted to work on this MP3 player. Below is a link to an amazing converter. It’s FREE and will convert your entire file.

Once you have the video files formatted to .AMV

plug your MP3 player into the computer
Go to MY COMPUTER.
Find your .AMV VIDEO
Drag file to the Scroll Bar on the left, hold the file over the GPX DEVICE
Two folders will appear under it. Put file into ALBUMS

To then access videos put onto the device. Hold the MODE BUTTON on your MP3 player until you are returned to your menu screen. Scroll to MOVIES and your videos will be there. :D To return to listening to music or looking at Pictures, hold the MODE BUTTON and simply select your desired destination.

I am not able to put videos on my GPX ML648S 2Gig. My computer says the mp3 palyer needs to formated

If your player is still functioning for music, than it doens't need to be formatted. the video file you are trying to transfer needs to be converted.
follow these instructions to ensure a working video file.

I can't put videos on my mp3/mp4 player

Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE

I have just got a tevion mp4 player but cant get video to play.i dont know how to convert files.

From what I remember, this player only plays videos that are in AMV format. There is normally a conversion program, supplied on a mini CD-rom, in the box with the player.

If it did not come with one, then search for, and download, a free AMV converter off the internet, aim for one that converts the type of video file you have to AMV, then copy your new AMV video to the player to watch them.
