There is not a reset for jams in service mode. Did you open and close all the doors and make sure they are closed all the way. Most likely you still have a small piece of paper left some where in the paper path or you may have a broken sensor flag.

No, unfortunately the main board, the brains are monitoring all 4 colors and adjusts things accordingly, it won't disable seperate colors. Sorry. Please rate this. Thanks

Open up the doors and blow some compressed air throughout the paper path (where the paper travels up). Make sure to blow air onto the sensors, because paper dust can coat them, causing false jams.
Does the paper get out of the tray at all? There is a feed roller that feeds the paper up into the machine; if you remove the paper tray you can see this roller -- it's big and gray and has grooves across it -- above where the paper sits toward the front of the printer. Blow air onto this roller as well, and if you have either D-ink or a rubber rejuvinator, clean the roller with a lint-free cloth.
Also make sure the paper is snug in the tray and not bent or crooked.

This is an error in the sensor in the fuser. It can be caused by being dirty with toner or defective.
You can try this: Open the side door and take the fuser out. You'll notice that where the fuser fits have two sensors (on the left). With a brush try to clean the sensors.
Maybe that result. If this doesn´t, call for technical assistance.

This happened when you take of the toner bottle, replace a new bottle and that put it again the bottle that as bean there before.
You can enter in SP mode and disable this messages.
press yellow key
press 107 in the key pad
Old the red key at least 3 sec.
After that press "COPY SP"
Press on the key pad 5051001 and than #.
Press the OFF button and than press OK on the bottom.
Exit all the way out and reset your machine by turning OFF and turn ON.
