Are you using the Remote that came with your TV or are you using a Universal remote Control?

Unfortunately the key lock cannot be deactivated without a remote, for it will defeat the purpose of key-locking. You can order a replacement remote, you need to have the exact information of your TV's model/version ( the barcode on the back of the TV starts in REVxxxx).

Partial solution: I found that the RCA codes "0002" and "0502" will work the TV, but I can't get the DVD part of the remote to work.
