You can, if you use a kitchen towel or something for grib, pull it out... it's hard but you can ease it out one side then the other. Just be carefule not to cut yourself.

I'm actually unable to juice properly... everything just splatters around the edge even when I peel things and sandwich as the manual suggests. Any ideas why? I push down but low setting isn't strong enough, high splatters it worse, and products get moist and clogg up the mesh!!!

Kenwood multi pro compact food processor. I would like to obtain a copy of the user instructions, can you help?

Would be good to know the model number - look at the base plate as Kenwood made 4 different Multi Pro Compact models.
