you can go to wal-mart or any electronic store and get a laser eye cleaner for DVD this will also work on the ps1 & ps2 but not the ps3 - I recommend the Philips system, for under $15 you get the DVD laser eye cleaner and a disk cleaner with a micro fiber cloth it's a great deal just DO NOT use it in a laptop, laptop's take a different type but the disk cleaner is universal

When you say laser eye, are you referring to the laser used to read your cd's & dvd's? if so, you can find dvd cleaners at most retail stores. the kit will contain a disc that looks like a dvd with built-in brush & cleaning solution. follow the instructions on the cleaning kit & you should be OK. reply if you need additional assistance.
