Question about Salton Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
SOURCE: blade replacemen braun grinder
Insert a small standard screwdriver in the slot in the center of the bottom. Turn the blade slowly until you feel the screwdriver catch in the slot. This holds the motor still so you can simply unscrew the blade counter-clockwise. Do the same to hold the motor from turning while you screw the new blade on clockwise.

found these two links right here on Fixya.
Sry to say it seems that most people that have actually got a manual is from Salton.
Email them and they will send you a .pdf of the manual.

SOURCE: Source for replacement blade for CBG5 B&D Coffee Grinder
Unable to find any parts supplier who offered a replacement blade for the CBG5 SmartGrind Coffee grinder, the broken plastic center spindle was reconstructed around the attachment nut, and an epoxy cement was poured around the nut and over the center of the blade.
This solution has worked in testing the blade on the grinder, but how long it will hold up has not yet been determined.
