SOURCE: won't start
Clean connections with sandpaper until shiny and tighten all connections. Measure the voltage with one lead at the battery positive and the other at the starter (voltage drop). It must be 0.4 or less. If more, you have bad connections or a bad cable.

SOURCE: GOT A 99 GMC SONOMA. THE VOLT GAUGE WAS SHOWIN
11-12 IS GOOD WITH RUNNING NOTHING ON WHATS IT ON . NOW TURN JUST HEAD LIGTHS ON DID IT MOVE ANY MAYBE 1-2 METERS THATS FINE . DRIVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most red dot finders use a small watch style battery-- there will either be a compartment underneath and or something that opens on the side that contains the watch battery.

1) memory card slot/batter covert is open
2)batteries are loades in the wrong direction
3) insufficiente battery voltage
4) poor contact between camera and battery terminal
5) swtich is fault, measure continuity.

You either have a bad meter or a bad ground to the meter if you have full battery voltage at the meter location.
