I have an Alpine INE-S920HD. I had bluetooth connected playing spotify at lunch. Since then I have no sound and I am not able to make any preset station selection.

In a grand-am the radios yellow goes to the cars orange and the radios red goes to the cars yellow.

the red wire and yellow wires are crossed simple fix once radio is off

Find the station you want.... press and hold button or your chosing... (1-6) should beep when accepted.

SOURCE: How do I preset the stations for an Alpine TDA-7547 car Stereo

Select the station you want. Then hold down one of the 6 preset buttons for a couple seconds. When the station ID flashes, release the button and it should be saved.
