Go to start then setting in that go to printer and faxes then it will show the list of printer which is currently installed choose your printer and just right click on it it will show the option selcet on line or remove the tick form pause printing it will make the printer online.

Right click printer properties and select online. Start /settings /printers. Offline can also indicate a connection is not available - this occurs with demo versions of printer software. When the demo expires, the printer goes offline. The fix is to just use windows networking and shared printer.
check that the printer is turn on, if on turn it off and on again, secondly check by double clicking the printer icon on your pc start bar i,t will open a pop/dialogue box, click on file and see if the offline is tick if so disable the tick.
