What can I do to rid my right leg of this constant numbness... sometimes it actually feels like my cell phone is on vibrate in my pocket but I don't put my phone in my pocket ever...never have

Bring it over let me ride her for a few years and I'll fixit for a small fee.  That front mount may be worn enough to cause this. May be a timing thing, or a vacuume leak at one head, get some wd 40 and spray on the manifold when she is running, rev it up and spray it, if you have some leak this will make it show up. Then clean her up, get that junk off my engine before you bring it over.

you are going to need to rebiuld the forks. it is not a hard thing to do but if it is your first time doing it then you may want ot go and have it done for you. they have went out on the clutch side there and that is why you are getting the vibration there in your handlebar

this new exhaust has thrown the engine way out of tune, and the carbs need to be re-set up as the bike is now running very week,,,,you will burn a hole in a piston very soon if you dont re-tune it,,,this could also be causing some if not all of the vibration your getting, but check the sprokets are running true life the rear of the bike clear of the ground and spin the rear wheel if you feel or here a grinding sound its the sprokets not meshing with the chain also did you have the new tyer balanced when it was fitted???
