Sorry but your operation manual, which is supplied with the washer by the manufacturer, is all that is available. Members of this FixYa washing machine forum are totally independant and do not represent any particular manufacturer. We are just ordinary people from all over the world, probably working from home. SOURCE: Haier Thermocool washine machine 8.0kg does not drain water after washing. Why?

Drain pump is blocked with debris or the drive belt is not turning the pump. Have an appliance engineer take a look.

You will be able to get the answers from Haier support in your country. We are Fixya, not them.

It sounds like a control board fault. You can try a reset. Turn it off at the breaker for 2 hours. Switch it back on and wait 5 minutes before turning the unit back on with the remote.

E1 on haier thermocool side by side refrigerator
That error is a freezer fan motor error, Check to see if the unit is defrosting like it is supposed to be. IF it is defrosted, check to see if the motor spins and if you have a meter for measuring resistance, check the motor windings. If they show no conductivity, Replace the fan.

Hi Brett,
When the Haier refrigerator shows an error code, try this before replacing any parts or taking the refrigerator apart...
- Power the Haier refrigerator OFF for 10 minutes, then power back ON. (Unplug the refrigerator for 10 minutes) -
The error code may disappear after a reset is completed.
- If after removing power to the refrigerator in an attempt to reset, the error code comes back,the freezer fan is bad and need to be replaced.

Also make sure there is No Recall on your particular model or serial.

Problem with cooling of HAIER HVT12ABS
not to much experience with tecs, but a tec has a hot and cold side so turn the tec around and that should solve your problem and also some good thermal paste should be used on the hot side. good luck and let me know how you got on.
