If you have a tracking number, you should be able to put that in the shipping company's website and get complete details on when it was shipped and when it was received. If you don't have a tracking number, then you will have to contact the seller and find out from them.

Have you tried calling the telephone number on the back of your credit card? The website may also have some telephone numbers to use as well.
On these types of disputes, I like to write a letter directly to the credit card company giving all of the information you listed above plus the steps you took to try contacting the company in order to resolve the matter. Usually suggesting that you might close your account is enough incentive for the credit card company to get moving on giving you the money owed.
