SOURCE: Laser Printer Problem
Do a panic stop while the machine is in the middle of processing copy. Remove the imaging unit and lift the drum cover to view the surface of the drum. If the image produced on the drum is OK (ie.no ghost image) then focus your attention on the hot rollers just before the paper exit. Otherwise your problem is the imaging unit.

open front cover and on left is a light grey "L" shaped item with a finger grip indent. If this item is not there, you will have to buy one (about $15 +-) If it is present, pull it out all the way then re-insert it with some force but do not john wayne it. try starting again. Dont forget to open and close both front and rear doors on the machine to reset the start process. If this doesn't help, a trip to service may be in order. Also, the toner tank can be emptied but it is a very messy deal, remove it, tip it upside down and shake. Probably best to do this inside of of a large trash bag and seal it around your wrist. the now empty container can be wiped off good with a damp paper towell. install and try again.. happy printing.

"MP tray" refers to the manual paper tray. This is the common setting for most word processors whenever printing media other than paper. This message will come not only for labels, but for transparencies, card stock, envelopes, etc. The reason for this is that the manual paper tray is designed to provide a straighter paper path that helps preventing your labels from peeling inside the unit. Therefore, I do not recommend placing them in the regular paper tray. Take note that you should also check that the labels purchased specify they are meant for laser printer or copier. Regular labels, or labels designed for inkjet printers will surely come off inside your printer and cause damage that the warranty will not cover.

any error indicated?
run your Smart Panel and check what is the fault that is being detected.
If all the color toner had been replace. what about the OPC & waste toner tank?
note. Please replace the waste toner tank once it is full do not reuse the same waste toner tank. as it will course the internal of the printer to be spread with waste toner and your print out will be dirty and patches.
