Ricoh 9001. Why did the stapler stop working?

Clear modes(yellow) 1 0 7 hold clear/stop for 5 seconds, and reset the web counter. -Carl

poor connection internally

if you press the finishing button on the display does it so stapler function there ? or try taking the staple cartridge out and then close the door on the finisher and see if it says out of staples. if it does it knows it has a stapler unit.

Hello sir; Remove the staple cartridge check there have left over used staplers , just dump it out,also need to check vertical lifting motor moving smoothly.

Its coming from your finisher. Its a stapler error. Make sure the cartridge is in all the way. If you open the door make sure it is parked in the home position for you to access it.

If you changed the cartridge recently, make sure it is inserted all the way.

hi im jules_09,check the transfer unit then the drum charge unit blank copies indicate that there is no high voltage that attach the toner to the drum.
