I have a pioneer carrozzeria HDD AVIC-ZH77MD, it's not playing CD nor DVD, wen it does play DVD you only hear but you see nothing but the regular display screen, what may cause this?

Avic D2 is not made w/ DVD player. DVD on bottom of radio is for GPS DVD. You need to connect an external DVD player or Playstation.

The settings for your device has some trouble I thinks. Please set it to its Factory Settings and ckeck. To reset it to Factory Settings:

[1] Touch [Settings] in the navigation menu,
then touch [Restore Factory Settings].
[2] Touch [Yes] to clear the current setting
OK.
