Where can I find a plastic lens for the hygrometer on my Sunbeam Weather Station?

The most important things to remember with weather stations are placement and battery power. To get an accurate reading, you must have the sensors in the proper spot. If they are on a roof, they must be at least 3 feet above the roof. The batteries should be changed yearly and replaced with Lithium type batteries. Your sensor suite is a combination of anemometer and thermo-hygrometer. You may be able to purchase another temp sensor. The manual shows multiple channels for that application. NEXA KL4883 Wireless In Out Weather Station Barometer RadioShack com Didn't you get a User's Guide with it? Did you even do a search first before coming here? Did you think about going to their website? I did and found the User's Guide and it took 15 seconds.

contact the manufacturer by phone to see if parts are available.. If the unit can be calibrated then you may be able to use generic parts . Contact Jaycar and see if they can put you onto anyone who repairs the units.

You don't have to have it unless you are a Meteorologists that likes to measure the humidity in the air which might help predicting the weather.

I ran into this problem and note that in the manual is states for "best results" the sensor should be powered up before the station. I had the station running and it wouldn't lock even after several hours. When I powered it down and brought it back up, it saw the sensor just fine...
