Is it possible it has locked itself? It can be locked in 3 ways according to manual.
1. by pressing the remote's stand by key for more than 3 secs.
2. By programming an auto stop.
3. By putting it on stand by after programming a wake-up time.
Flashing "red on" indicates it is locked. It can only be turned on by the remote. Press any number key on the remote to unlock it.

If you contact Fujitsu in your country and you will be able to buy it straight from them, if they are still available. Now I have to warn you as a Fujitsu warrenty agent they are very very expensive.
I would prolly recommend getting a universal remote. ALOT cheaper

The problem seems to point to the Main bd. All of the input connectors are mounted on it.
The IR sensor is also connected to and controlled by the Main bd. Have a trained Samsung tech repair your set.

Check for a hidden power switch under the lower left or right under corner of the screen, ensure it is ON (- not sure if this switch is fitted to your model, but it does exist on other Fujitsu models).
Fujitsu no longer support or manufacture plasma screen TVs - therefore no parts are available from them. [Fujitsu only serviced to board replacement level - very expensive].
The Fujitsu models (generally, after 4 or more years use) suffer from cracked solder joints on circuit boards (due thermal cycling stress).
