Use the envelope provided to mail the refill form toExpress Scripts. You should mail your refill form about three weeks before your current supply will run out.
Only you, your doctor, your lawyer or the pharmacy can contact Express Scripts due to the privacy laws. No one else can talk about your medical issues. You have to contact them to find out why they will not fill your prescription.
Ahh... I see. Few things do. Do you know what formats are supported? The best way I know of offhand to get audio from a CD into a more usable format is to "rip" them to your PC using either windows media player or iTunes. Which (if either) are you more familiar with and/or which do you have?
