If it is because you forgot the password for the email account then just recover your forgotten password on your email accounts website.

If it is because you forgot the password but you know the email for the PS3 then just choose recover your password when it asks to enter the password and it will be sent to your email.

If you forgot both the email and the password then you will have to call the Playstation technical support and provide information so they can give you the information you need,
