Freezing at startup
try running your machine on safemode and if it starts up normally,dissable startup apps which may be causing the freeze.restart on normal mode and it should start up fine.

I am running Windows XP and have an American Greetings screensaver activated. I have too many apps running when I start up. This is causing a sluggish computer, stalls, booted out, etc. Does anyone know...

Boot the system in safe mode.
Do
start>Run
in run box type Msconfig
see startup
check for the services by Microsoft or OS must not be stopped.
uncheck a few like
google startups

Now reboot in normal startup.

Hi,the webcam works fine with other apps,but when I try to us it with skype,it tells me that the cam is being used by another app,but it is not.
You may have programs like MSN messenger running from startup, this may be whats using the webcam when you dont realise it.
Stop all unneeded programs from loading at bootup.
You can use CCleaner/startup to do this or msconfig in windows (run/msconfig/startup folder)

If the window will not go up or down here is what I found it to be from experience.
1. Simply the window motor has burned out and it needs to be replaced. Which is a common problem on first generation G35 coupes and sedans.
2. The window sub switch does not work properly (switch that has the unlock/lock button and window up and down button) it is a white box that needs to be replaced.

Clean up!!??
To be safe you can scan with Spybot and malwatebytes, also you can disable unwanted apps. manually from loading on startup by going to "Start" then "Run" type in "msconfig" go to "Startup" tab and unthick unwanted apps. like msn, icq, etc.

Error messages
hm sounds like a virus. maybe your antivirus program deleted a virus recently?. try this.

click start->run-> write "msconfig" and the click startup.
search for C:\Windows\system32\Virus removal.vbs and uncheck.
restart the computer.

dont worry about the popup window that popup first time after restart check dont show this again.

second problem.
what dvd program are u using ? try a other one.
it can be that the dvd writer have errors:S

No software for my mikomi webcam
In my sytem,sytem sound are not working.but speaker work properly.and other mp3 file and other audio files are properly working here.but starting and clossing time there is no windows open and closs sound.the sytem is high deffinition audio driver.
