hi don, im no real shipping expert but the very first thing to do is contact the shipper, if you get no results there then you can contact your credit card company providing that is how you paid. did you buy direct from them? they should have some type of conflict resolution system in place just for this steve

I guess the walet although in warrentee but warrentee is valid fr if the product stitching is opened or leather is shwing shades after few days but if its your fault i.e. like grease drop etc then you should not claim warrentee....
Well dear do not worry try these steps, may be this could help you.
1. Apply a talcum powder or cornstarch to the affected area, then brush away. If the stain is heavy or old, proceed to next Step.
2. Place stain facedown on paper towels. Blot back of stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. Replace paper towels as they soak up the stain.
OR
3. Wash in the hottest water that is safe for your leather.
