You can get relatively cheap (~$5) user manual for SX-E66 here:

They state that's in German only but I ordered it some time ago and they had English version as well.

Hi i am looking for the user manual of Technics SX-K200.Thanks.

Here is a users manual for a SX-KC200. The models were back to back and almost identical. The SX-KC200 was the model that came directly after the SX-K200 and had just a couple small additions added. In other words this manual will work just fine for the SX-KC200 as well as everything will be covered in it. http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/SXKC200.PDF
