By eBill: SMS EPREBILL <month> <email id> to 121 (Toll Free). Month format should be MMM e.g. JAN. ebill will be sent within 6 hrs.
By Paper Bill: SMS PPREBILL <month> <billing address> to 121 (Toll Free). Month format should be MMM e.g. JAN. Paper bill will be delivered within 7 working days.
