TRY THIS FIRST TO OPEN SERVICE MENU
!. Press SOURCE button
2.In SETUP menu screen press numbers 2580 on remote
3.On FACTORY SETTINGS menu select PANEL SETTINGS
4.Then make appropriate changes
Then Power off then on tv and it should be reset

TRY THIS SECOND IF THE FIRST DID NOT WORK TO OPEN SERVICE MENU
1.Press SOURCE button
2.In SETUP menu screen press numbers 2580 on remote
3.On FACTORY SETTINGS menu select SPECIAL SET and ENTER button
4. It will take you to a second screen but still in SPECIAL SET menu click on RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULT

press disp+vsm together here it opens service menu at last of that menu there is restore option press 1 to INT . press 1 and your tv will restore.

PRESS DISP+VSM TOGETHER AND THE SERVICE MENU WILL OPEN.
